Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • A proof of purchase is required

Note on Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, our boot socks and button-front knits (worn close to skin) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping Options

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Refund Timing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Exchange Processing: Exchanges will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving your return. You’ll receive a new tracking number via email.
  • Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

International Returns

Damaged or Defective Items
